+This is a not-updated section about Prague's neighborhoods. The realities of some have changed considerably in the recent years. Lots of new constructions and housing-market bubbles have contributed to a lot of gentrification going on everywhere - especiallu upper and lower Zizkov, Dejvicka region and Letna.
   * **Zizkov - Prague 3.** Probably the most beautiful part of Prague. More raw and dirty (the bottom Zizkov) to fancy and yuppie (upper Zizkov - around the Jiriho z Podebrad metro - bordering with Vinohrady), with lots of cool bars opened till very late. The zone starts to be too fancy and too gentrified tho (2025 note).
   * **Letna - Prague 7.** More fancier, "creative industry" part of Prague.
   * **Dejvice - Prague 6.** A residential part of town above Letna.
